Amy Power is the founder and president of The Power Group LLC headquartered in Dallas TX. She works hand-in-hand with CEOs and marketing directors of nationally known brands as well as entrepreneurial ventures.

Amy has been a publicist for more than 20 years. She has public relations and marketing experience that spans the following industries: consumer packaged goods, commercial real estate, franchising, outsourcing, telecommunications, sports marketing, automotive and aviation, luxury marketing, medical and dental, nonprofits, as well as a wide array of retail concepts.

Her experience and client roster include work for national brands such as Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, and Borden to emerging brands such as Vacation in a Bottle, Which Wich, and the Cavanaugh Flight Museum.

Ben has over 22 years banking experience as a Leader and Commercial Banker. He was an integral part of Texas Security Bank's support during the PPP loan application process and has extensive experience in both commercial banking and finance. Ben has been instrumental in his leadership with the young commercial bankers, mentoring relationship managers, and assisting with loan structureing and underwriting process, to help grow the organizations presence in the Dallas- Ft. Worth. He has a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from SMU. 

In 1984, Bryan joined the Zig Ziglar Corporation. He served as the Director of Corporate Training for Zig for over 25 years working with a variety of companies, industries, and clients. Bryan then founded Flanagan Training Group in 2005. He designs and delivers training programs which improve team and individual productivity and growth. He has authored numerous training programs including his sales book “Now, Go Sell Somebody Something” and “Bryan Flanagan on Sales and Motivation.” His latest book is entitled “So, You’re New to Sales.” Bryan understands the corporate marketplace and what it takes to achieve success in today’s competitive environment.

Chris has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years, serving in various roles from Middle Market Lending to Business Development. He was President of Allied Capital Partners before becoming one of the Founders of Texas Security Bank. Chris' business expertise and financial knowledge provide information and guidance to customers across the industry spectrum.

Chris McKee is the Founder & Chairman of Venturity Financial Partners, a professional services firm that specializes in outsourced accounting and advisory services with the goal of providing clients peace of mind knowing that their numbers tell the story of their business.

Clint is an accountant and trusted business advisor, providing proactive tax planning and compliance services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. He assists clients in various industries such as construction, real estate, professional services, oil & gas and agriculture.

Craig is the founder of Texas Security Bank. With total assets of over $1 billion, the bank is committed to advancing the champions of free enterprise. Craig is a 33-year commercial banker, who is a trusted resource for owner managed businesses.

Ed’s practice focuses primarily on structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex commercial and real estate lending transactions, as well as distressed debt refinancings and workouts. He has extensive experience representing private and financial institution lenders, borrowers, and special assets groups in syndicated and single lender loan facility transactions, senior and subordinated debt facilities, debt restructurings and workouts, and remedy enforcement matters. This experience also includes working with clients during financial downturns to negotiate and document loan modification agreements and forbearance agreements and engage in collateral collection activities.

Frank Luzsicza is CEO and Co-founder of Blue INK Security, a cybersecurity and cyber risk management firm, based in Frisco, TX. Blue INK Security helps mid-size organizations prevent and mitigate the damaging consequences of cyber breaches. His firm brings a pragmatic approach to security risk assessment, compliance, and security controls based on real-world experience investigating over 500 security incidents ranging from ransomware to nation-state threats.

Frank spent over 20 years in cybersecurity, prior to Blue INK as CEO leading a global breach investigation firm for a large cyber insurance carrier. He was EVP of Cybersecurity at TÜV Rheinland, where he acquired several companies to build what was, at the time, one of the largest Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity businesses in the industry.

He spent 17 years at IBM, where he led IBM Security in North America and had multi-year executive stints working in Europe and Asia building global security delivery capabilities.

Frank serves as a visiting professor of Cyber Security at Missouri Western University, and as a Board Director for a number of cyber security startups. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA from Webster University.

Jamie has over 20 years of success across sales leadership, talent acquisition and executive management. She is the author of “The Power of 2, Exponential Sales Leadership”, specializing in Peak Performance Mindset workshops. Having served as VP of Training and Development at Career Builder and Founder of ProActivate, she understands how to motivate, shape and lead successful teams. Jamie received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas. She has also pursued post graduate work with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Dallas.

Rebecca started her career with Saville nearly 6 years ago. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting and MS in accounting in 2016. After spending a couple of years in Big Four Public Accounting, Rebecca joined the tax group with Saville in 2018. Rebecca specializes in gift, estate, and trust planning and compliance. In 2023, Rebecca joined the private client services group within Saville focusing her time and energy serving affluent families and individuals, specifically when it comes to their estate planning and compliance. In the private client services group, she seeks to provide a wholistic approach to assessing and reviewing her clients’ wealth and planning.
